Land Planning requires a systems-thinking point of view. Developed land is comprised of a network of relationships that spring from the built environment. We consider the integrated, site-wide context of multiple buildings, infrastructure, utilities, programming and community to achieve the shared goals or our clients and the communities in which they build. We consider near-term and long-term programming needs to support growth with flexible spaces that adapt to emerging business models and societal needs.
