Our Project Approach
About Brian Newman: Our Managing Member
Mr. Newman has extensive consulting experience in the acquisition, entitlement, pre-construction / pre-engineering, and monitoring and managing the development of land. He is highly skilled at the procurement of zoning entitlements and land development permits.
He has worked on numerous residential projects including high, medium, and low-density, as well as mixed-use, commercial, industrial, hospitality and municipal infrastructure. He brings his 25 plus years of real estate development services to his client with a passion for each project as a new opportunity to make the both client and the community proud.
